Angel was only five days old when she was found in the open field near a rural highway along with her brothers, sisters, and their mom. They were left starving and alone, and wouldn’t have been able to survive on their own for more than a couple days. We rescued them all and took care of everybody. The rescues went all over the world! Angel’s brother now lives in France, and Angel went to California to live in a big and friendly family. Angel is one of the happiest and excited dogs in the world! That family created Angel’s Furry Friends Rescue, and is now rescuing many animals from Russia.
To us, the story of Angel, the abandoned puppy from Volgograd, Russia (AKA Stalingrad) represents the story of all neglected and mistreated animals in the world.
