Ruth is a curious, loving and playful pup. She plays with her siblings and regularly checks in with her human for cuddles and attention. She loves to observe first and then jump into the action. She looks to her person for reassurance in new situations.
Ruth and her siblings were discovered by a gentleman on his property. He saw a small cream colored dog crawling in and out from under his shed but she would bolt if approached. He put out food and water which she eagerly ate. Shortly thereafter, he heard some little noises and realized that she had given birth. He reached out to K9Reunite for help. When we arrived, we found a litter of 2 week old puppies tucked away, deep under the shed. We were able to bring Mama and all the pups into a loving foster home where Mama could raise her pups in a safe and stress free environment.
Energy Level? Typical puppy – go go go, sleep. Repeat
House trained? Learning; She uses pee pee pads.
What is her ideal home? Someone who will have the time to spend with Ruth, continue to build her confidence and provide her with lots of positive experiences from puppyhood to adult as she learns the world. She is a tiny girl and like all puppies will need lots of supervision to keep her safe.
