Spot is looking for a family to love!

Spot is an Australian Shepherd mix. He’s a happy loving dog. Spot is young and playfull and loves to fetch. He can be a perfect walking or hiking buddy, but would also love to snuggle on the couch with his humans. He walks great on leash and knows basic commands.

This poor boy was found roaming the streets of San Jose in December 2022. The owner was contacted and reclaimed the dog. Later, in February 2023, Spot was found as a stray again and ended up at an overcrowded shelter, only this time his family did not come back for him. Luckily he was rescued by Angel’s Furry Friends and is doing really well in his foster home.

Spot is a 2 year old neutered boy, vaccinated, microchipped. He’s a big teddy bear and weighs 72lbs. Spot is potty trained, crate trained, good with other dogs and grew up in a family with kids. He has not been tested with cats, but there is a high chance he will be fine with them with proper introductions.
